    338 Lapua magnum build

    Get a faster twist barrel so you will be able to shoot the solids. I have an 1-8.5 and just ordered a 1-7.8 Bartlein. Ive shot the 250's 285's and 300's with stellar accuracy. I use the Badlands 260gr. solids and they work well.

    Seen this happen with soft primers. Federal Gold medal match primers my have caused this to happen years ago. now with the Magnum and AR type primers it should not occur.
