    Looking for ideas on what bullets to load for white tails mainly short range 300 yards and in. I have been loading 150 noslers ballistic tips but they are causing a lot of damage and fragmented. Was thinking about going up in weight to around 165 just because I’m so used to shooting 168 smk.

    Gunsmithing Installing a Cheek Riser

    Thinking about making a cheek riser out of Kydex, looking at ways to install it that would be pretty low profile. I was thinking about trying to use nutserts but i am pretty unfamiliar with them. My stock is hollow in the rear section and about a 1/4'' or less thick. Any Ideas

    Tips on forming Kydex?

    I use a heat gun a lot for touch up. If it is very thick just put it in your oven and heat it up, a toaster oven does really well. Don’t try to get it to hot to quick it’s better, more pliable, if you let it warm up slower and then let it “heat soak” for a minute or three. Stuff is pretty fool proof
