    Re: Carry pistol Kimber Ultra Compact 2 is light weight and I can conceal it really well. Since you are already used to a 1911, it'd make sence to stick to what your used to for this purpose. Although I will agree that waking up and eating the same breakfast every day would get old tho I guess.

    Re: Slug gun glass...? I went through two Nikon Slug scopes and they never lasted for me. VXIII 2.5x8 with M1 knobs is what I run and never looked back. Low enough magnification for those 10 yd cruising shots to the 200 yard pokes in crop fields. Excellent light gathering also for a hunting rig.
