    My 300wm 98k

Well it looks amazing and I hope that you have a great shooter. The cool part about the Mauser actions is that it could have been made in the 30s and it is probably still going strong. Happy shooting. Dave

    My 300wm 98k

That is an awesome rifle!! I have a couple K98 rifles in the safe but I'm not sure that I could rebarrel any of them cause they are in pretty good condition. I am very interested in how it will shoot though. I really like the action/safety of the K98s. Great work man.

    Son,s first .22 what scope?

I would probably go with a 1-4x for hunting small game. They are lighter and the lower power allows you to find things like squirrels in the trees and rabbits in the grass a lot easier. Plus it allows you to use it like a red dot with both eyes open. If he starts doing more bench shooting...

    Rifle Scopes Leupold Mk8 reviews?

I am very interested in this scope too. I am trying to decide between the Mark 6 and 8. I know the 6 will be great, but for something that I will be using for a lifetime, the 8 looks like a great scope.

    Mossberg MVP?

It is hard to say what kind of potential this rifle actually has. I wish that he had either worked up specific loads for each bullet size or just used box ammo. That would have made the test a little more user friendly. Since he did not do this it is hard to tell if the tight groups that he...

Night Vision CIVL, (civilian ATPIAL/PEQ15) pics/info

I still think that the EOLAD is the better choice, all be it more expensive. Anyone who has used the PEQ2 or 15 know that you are always having to reglue the laser cover tabs back onto the body of the device. And the rubber strips break off a lot. As for mounting a small red dot on the...

    Electronic Ear Muffs

Peltors get my vote. I have been caught in pouring rain with them and they never stopped working. I had them in my go bag with a couple of Monsters that busted and I did not know about it till I pulled them out. The Peltor headset was completely submerged in a pool of energy drink for several...

    AICS Flush Cups

Thanks Victor, I never doubted the quality and craftsmanship of your products and I have heard nothing but great things about your company and customer service. I was just trying to see if the stock AICS skins were strong enough to hold the rail/sling attachment that you sell. When I get home...

Suppressors Which supressor do I use?

A lot of suppressor mounts like surefire require the barrel to be machined down to about .750 behind the threads. The good thing is that you can now mount any type of suppressor you want without having to smith the barrel.
