    I depends on how the barrel was shooting when it was pulled. If it was shooting well, it is set aside for the practice rifles. If I was in any way unhappy with the way it was shooting, it goes to the scrap yard.

    I have found 2 part epoxy works well on that material, particularly on small holes. Larger slices will require stitching.

    I would consider a pint size heavy fill game changer. Pint size heavy is 5lbs vs. 8.5 on the Schemdium. I have one that I have loaned to smaller shooters in the past with good results. It will be much steadier than the GetLite option.
