    Can’t speak to the PH2 but it’s a common thing with the HIT. They have a tendency to bind or feel gritty when they’re new. I actually ran toothpaste in mine for a couple hundred cycles. Gave it a good clean, another couple hundred dry cycles, and then some oil on the lugs and cocking ramp… butter.

    The action itself will fit fine, but the A1 chassis will only take short action CTR mags. I guess you could probably get a single shot follower or something that would work if you didn’t care about round capacity, but otherwise the mag inlet/length would be your main constraint.
