    there's used 280 that i'm looking at, but don't know a whole lot about the round. i know it's a necked down 30-06, but that's about it. i'd be using it as primarily a hunting rifle, capable of long shots if needed. but i'd like to be able to take it to the bench and stretch it out for fun...

    i'm thinking about getting one with the 18" barrel and switchblock. i thought about building my own, but i would be putting one together almost identical to it (switchblock, 1:7, aac hider, etc). anyone have any opinions on them? how are they in the accuracy department?

    I think I'm gonna go with a Stiller Predator action for my 260 build. You really don't save any money by buying a donor action and having the work done to it. I thought it would be cheaper, but once you start adding everything up its not. Where should I look to pick one up?

    Re: Remington 700 SPS AAC in .300 AAC Blackout it's pointless to get a bolt gun in 300 blackout. that round was made and designed specifically to be able to cyle a subsonic round with a suppressor in an AR platform. buy a 308 700 AAC model and use your can on it with subsonic 308 rounds...

    ok so i'm brainstorming my next build, which will be a 260. i own suppressors, and have an AAC 762SD that i would love to be able to use on the build. however, a 762SD uses an AAC muzzle break/flash hider that has threads on the outside that the can screws on to. so you have to have the AAC...
