    Any Masterpiece Arms rifle owners out there?

    Mine was fed 400 warm loads in winter. Then 100 borrowed very soft loads. After that in spring the warm load was blazing hot and accuracy went to pot DURING a 2 day match. From what I'm reading this sounds like carbon build up and standard scrubbing don't cut it.

    Hydroforming 500 pcs sucks and really takes 2 people. Use U shaped shims under the die to adjust headspace and it will fit tight in your chamber for fireforming.

    I actually like the throw on my axiom. Though I have not tried anything else to know any better. If bolt feel is the main difference then I'll go vector. None of the local Smith's do prefits. I have access to a pair of AW magazines cheap. Got to have something more than bolt feel to go impact.

    What and where is this carbon ring? Just in front of the brass mouth by a few thousandths or a few inches down the chamber? My friend and i have 3 MPA 6.5cr. They are 1/2moa until about 500 rounds, then 1" is the norm. I just pulled mine at 600 . Velocity wise 1 held out until 1200 rounds...

    Im about to order a 28" or 30" long 308 barrel for Berger 185 juggernauts. What no turn chamber and freebore should I request to use all of a 2.95" magazine? Lapua brass for quality or Winchester for capacity? Hot loads are planned. H4895?, varget?, Re16? Even 8208xbr is an option.

    Do the 10 & 12 round magazines use the same spring? I'm trying to figure out how to get 13 rounds. If the spring is the same I'll get a 10 and install the area 419 +4 baseplate. Otherwise its 12 rounds and a match saver.
