This^^^^. While "best" is subjective, there's something to be said for a trigger that isn't captured with pins or pins with band-aids. And, while hangers serve a purpose that packages the trigger differently, adjustability in a "hard-use" rifle can, and has been a problem. The convention for...

Yessir, all set. I edited the list above to add the Gen 1.2 as the numbers are large enough that it would be confusing to serve them out of the Red Kit. I'll past the list from the above post here: 1. Orange--Gen 1 2. Red--Gen 1.2 3. Purple--Gen 2 4. Blue--Gen 3 Repeater 5. Yellow--Gen 3 Single...

This is awesome Jim, and I sincerely appreciate you sharing your thoughts. You're right, there were so many short cuts taken on the Rem700 that, back in the day, almost every post from those involved in using them as the host of a custom build was about how to "blueprint" them. Longstanding...

I've received a bit of outreach about what parts are in the kits and at the moment, I'll answer for everyone here by saying that every small component that is part of the action assembly will be in the comprehensive kits. I'll publish what's specifically in the kits later, but there are five...

A proper end mill is best (like @David Lott posted), as it has no point like a drill and will clean the entirety of the blind hole for the pin. It's best to have no, or a very small, corner radius. MB

Yep, :ROFLMAO: , but I had to delineate which direction because one should never assume. On the lateral, I believe it and your question forced a thought that I'll involve the participation of @chutinlead. A small amount isn't a big deal as long as one can ensure the receiver is level to the top...

The first round of parts set to hit inventory are cocking pieces, scope bases (0, 20, 30, 40, 60 MOA), bolt knobs (all sizes), and thread protectors (all sizes). All 22LR firing pins, ejectors, and side bolt releases are next to get running. All springs will be running in parallel. MB

Ok, info is continuing to pour in on who needs parts kits and some have sent what Gen(s) they have, which is noted internally via color code. I'm getting closer to sending out the mass email (all blind copies) I mentioned in post #11,429 and after you receive it, please reply as outlined. Those...

Based on the revision made to the release, there's corresponding revision made to the receiver to allow the wider stop feature through the opening. Not a difficult revision and I imagine, very few will need it. MB

Yessir, CCs down the road, but processing them requires a lot of my time/attention that I'd rather use to ship parts and design new stuff. The CASH App is very fast and one's CC, Debit Card, Bank Account is linked to it and it's secure. When I email the invoice for parts, my "Cash Tag" and QR...

Yessir, there was a bolt release revision for the stop surface, but looking at the two releases from the outside, one can't tell a difference. I'll be making the revised Gen 3 release. MB
