    .50 caliber flintlock. 38” swamped Colerain barrel. Curly sugar maple stock. Took me two years to finish building it; and got backwoods redemption this year in the deer woods. Patched round ball at 75 yards, ran 10 yards and flopped DRT.

    Sig Kilo3K LRF - eye box?

    I am using with contacts, I dialed it for focus, and have tried with the eyepiece extended and rolled over. Just feels super sensitive and small area to get a “clean” look through it. I don’t know if my expectations are out of line or something’s amiss…

    Just got this LRF, and it feels to me like the eye box is very small/sensitive…. If I don’t hold it just exactly do, it’s like I get a reflection or like glare. Just a feeler to see if anyone else feels the same on theirs…. I have a shitty vortex rangefinder that is easier to look through...

    Sidearms & Scatterguns S&W 610 10mm Revolver - anybody use one?

    I put VZ grips, Hi Viz fiber optic front sight and an EGW fixed rear sight. It’s dead nuts at 30, but I need to stretch it out, it it doesn’t hold well at 50, I’ll probably go to a Bowen rear or another SW rear (my factory blade was crooked).

    I shot my new one and was quite impressed at the accuracy at 30 yards. Really like this piece. It embarrasses my G20 Longslide in the accuracy department that’s for sure.
