    OCW...the new buzz word?why?

"your looking at how the center of the groups relate to each other." This is exactly what the OCW will show you. Do not adjust your sights as the impact points move around the paper, that's your barrel finding it's happy place. I am an OCW convert because it works better than any other...

    47

If you are using a well built rifle and you work up slow, you mightbe able to get to 47.8 grains. When I did so I found that around 47.0 grains pressures appeared higher than at the ultimate load for my rifle which was 47.7 grains (velocity of 2980 ft/secs) 26.5" Rock Creek 5R. I surmise, or...

COAL for 75 AMAX in an AR

Since it becomes a single load proposition; see how far it is to the lands, back off .005" - .010" and load as much powder as you can with safety. They are a pleasant surprise at distance.

    GAP 10 Switchblock getting stuck

It is exactly that way that I learned how to treat my switchblock. Noveske wouldn't ship mine until the wrenches (wenches) were back in stock. It's remarkable how easy it moves now, 3,500 rounds later.

    GAP 10 Switchblock getting stuck

As soon as you learn to keep the oil away from the switchblock it will work like a charm. Counter intuitive I know, but believe me, that's what works! Use the wrench to move it through it's positions and shoot it dry.

IMR 4320, what's the best use

With the current powder availability I've decided to get rid of all old stock, partial cans etc. I found a few old metal IMR 4320 cans and decided to burn it up. .223, 6 XC (light bullets) .308, .30-06 what do you suggest?

.375 H&H magnum; crimping or not crimping?

One planet one cartridge, the .375 H&H I'm in the no crimp fraternity, Grizzly, Moose, Caribou and others to African Leopard and Cape Buffalo among others never had a problem. There is lots of neck tension in the cartridge and recoil is not as fierce as many people believe...

    Wilson vs Redding neck bushings

Based on the information you provided the diameters you are choosing should be correct. I use both manufacturers and prefer for no particular reason the Wilson bushings. Those diameters are on the thin side for .308 Winchester however. You might want to use a micrometer on some other rounds...
