Spotters Sig Customer Service
I'm not 100% sure I could give you a single event, had more than one topple on and off the tripod over the years. I roll my eye cups out and run them without glasses so they're not supported if or when something happens to them. Competition Dynamics events are hard on equipment!- 7mmSTW

I broke the eye cups on my Kilo 3000's, I asked if they would sell/send me new eye cups which they replied they didn't ship out those parts but would gladly give me a shipping label to send my bino's in for repair. ARC made this a non issue for me with the Xylo, the mag catch is build to prevent the magazine from rotating if you put a load against it.- 7mmSTW

FYI-removing this little bump allows magpul mags to fit right in. Otherwise they interfere with the hump on the mag catch.- 7mmSTW

Yeah, I agonized over which one to get but without having the opportunity to try them out I had to take a leap of faith. There's just not that much info out there yet. I've heard the Marines are supposed to be picking up the 32 in the future, not sure if it's true. It really is the better option...- 7mmSTW
