New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I've only bought their complete uppers (and lowers)-they're great IMO-for what I use them for-higher volume run and gun and carbine classes. Super light. 14.5"-"combat" accurate. I'm shooting bulk stuff anyways.
I think you answered your own question-you never hear BCM and precision in same sentence-other then maybe the MK12. Stick with tried and true IMO. I have 4 BCMs BTW-all chrome no SS.
My experience as well. This goes for my 16" 308-as mentioned I only have a handful of rounds through it-FGMM-that my Sharpshooter shoots sub-moa almost all of the time with me (very average shooter) on the trigger. From what I've read most of the people with LMT cl barrels get better...

The last couple of mounts I've been going with the Scalarworks. I like them-quick detach-ish without big ass deez-nutz sticking out. Very lightweight. Not sure how robust it is but I haven't had any issues but I'm not Rambo either. I think I have 3 now and my Gen3 is in one now about to be...
It's all good IMO. I would pick LMT for a few reasons
-their barrels-especially the SS ones-shoot amazing in my experience-and you can buy an extra or 2 and you have a gun for the rest of your life that will always work and be super accurate and fun to shoot.
-Modularity obviously-different...
Sounds to me like you're evaluating the whole rifle as a system-500-1000 rds of functionality testing to make sure everything works well-which has some merit. Like in the Military when I was handed an M16a1 that already had 1000s and 1000s of rounds through it and it ran like a swiss watch. It...
