    Yeah I have mate. Quite like it. The palm swell is a little thicker than I would like but its a solid stock. When this rifle goes a bit more custom I'll probably go the MDT LSS Gen 2 though for a better fit.

    You might be pleasantly surprised. Most Tikka rifles have excellent accuracy but with that profile the long shot strings will be out of the question most likely. You can get pre fit barrels though, but that's an expensive option if you weren't expecting it!

    Thanks for the info people. The glass certainly sounds adequate for what I'm after but that reticle is just too thick really. A big fan of the dot in the middle style. A bit like the Sightron scopes and I'm also thinking that the FFP is not the way forward when it comes to varmints. Cheers

    The 222 Rem mag has a longer neck and different shoulder angle resulting in a smaller case capacity & therefore less performance according to the info from Terminator Products. The photo as follows... 17 Hmr, 222(50sp), 223(53 Vmax), 22 Terminator (75 Amax), 22-250(50 Vmax), 243(80 Gmx)
