    Because it’s a rifle and not a mortar. ;) Seriously though, I cannot see why that much elevation would be needed on that caliber and if intend to get into distances past 1400, you’d probably want a different rifle/caliber and suitable scope.

    I run an ATAC-R, my lady runs a Razor HD; differences are so minor to be merely preferential. Also, I happen to like the rotating eyepiece. Also, I got my ATAC-R used for a grand less than what you listed.

    And, for the short barrel skeptics, I get 2800fps from the 21” barrels when running a 140 ELD over 42.5gr of H4350.
