Reloading Scales: What is an accurate, electronic scale?

Range Report SD and ES
THIS I strap the V3 on during the first phases of load development just to get a ballpark. Too many times I have tweaked a load that shot lights out just because I didn’t like the chrono numbers. It’s insanity.- 7magsavage

Range Report My chrono'd loads are telling me something different down range.
Make sure your target angle (look angle) is correct. I have screwed with mine before and forgotten to change it. Had similar issues. Makes a decent difference at a grand.- 7magsavage

UPDATE So I figured I would try a small base die to see if that could cure my problem. I measured the case just forward of the web area both before and after sizing with the small base die. I had a hot load that I abandoned with the Scenars. They were SCREAMING! But I was getting a couple heavy bolt lifts so I aborted. But maybe the powder lit is a little different as you mentioned. I just loaded some 178ELDM last night with the Varget dropped to 42.4gr. I’ll see what that does...- 7magsavage

To answer a few questions: this brass (all Lapua) has only been fired in this rifle. I have full length sized the brass and even tried screwing it down further in the press to get further down the case, but the shoulders were bumped way too far. I have had some brass lately get really hard to extract. I have been reloading for nearly ten years and have never had this problem before.
