    Is a monopod on the rear of a rifle worth buying vs a bag?

    Im with Stevo on this one. I have 2 and found a rear bag works better when I'm actually shooting. If I'm spotting or looking at a target for a period of time to write notes or do whatever, the monopod helps.

    Both eyes open?

    I use to shoot with 1 eye closed (left). after a few strings my right eye would get really out of focus and I'd have to take a break. been shooting both eyes open for a few years now. 1 trick I been doing is I used a old beat up pair of oakley's and the left eye piece I painted black.

    Agree'd. I have 2 and a 3rd on the way. 1 in my 20" service rifle and 1 in my 22lr AR. for the price it's hard to beat what you get. that being said it doesnt even compare to my HSNM.
