    I'd spend the money on a trigger job/timney/jewell if you don't already have one, and load work up to find a bit better grouping load - as it sounds like you're worried about that.

    MOA will be easier to pick up initially. MIL will be easier to work with after the initial learning curve. Sightron SIII 6-24 with moa2 or mil reticle. You also need to decide if you want ffp or sfp. Post your location and someone might volunteer to help you out.

    Remington 700 Long Range bullet Choice

    Not 30 cal, but I shot some of the 7mm 175gr LRAB's out my 7STW. VERY accurate, 1/2 moa at 200 yards. After reading about some issues for up close shots and bullet performace, I decided to go back to my tried and true bullets since most of my shots will be under 300 yards.

    Multiple rifles in one caliber

    IMO, if you're using $25 plain jane dies, get a set for each rifle. If you're going for micrometer/bushing/high$$$ dies, you can try to use a set for mutiple rifles but it might involve headaches.

    Sightron SIII 8-32 or 10-50 with the moa-2 reticle. 10-50 without illumination should be under $1000. Excellent reticle, excellent optics, excellent tracking, excellent customer service.
