New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I have the 3.5-15X44 SFP version. My illumination knob does not turn very easily and I was curious if others with the same scope experienced the same thing. I got mine brand new. Thanks.
Anybody shoot a Barrett .50 BMG with the 20" barrel? We shoot a Barrett with a 29" barrel but looking for something that is a little more portable with a shorter barrel that Barrett makes. I am wondering how much velocity it will lose with the shorter barrel and will it really matter?

I went with the Area 419 and I will never look back. The self timing feature of the 419 is amazing. It is VERY effective. Being able to take it off for cleaning is a big plus, especially when you can spin it right back on and you don't have to worry about having tools handy.
I chose the 1.57 which is the perfect height IMO. The 1.93 is needed if you plan on running some sort of inline night vision and need the added elevation.
