Rifle Scopes Am I hallucinating or did the "Vertically split rings" thread disappear?

So, should we use vertically split rings or not? :D

    Dry fire training aids

I believe it is always on. What it shows normally is just before and just after the trigger press. There is a mode that shows much more but it is a little unwieldy when viewing. You will know if there is an erroneous entry. A few months ago I spent just about everyday with it and did 20 shots...

    Dry fire training aids

You're pretty spot on. With a bipod it will still detect a trigger slap but it isn't as useful as positional or off-hand shooting. When I have used it with my AR's it works well. I am just getting back into rifle shooting and will be using it more coming up.

Rifle Scopes Is a Tangent Theta really that much better than a S&B?

The re-zero function on the TT is outstanding. The parallax is absolutely amazing. The control was super smooth and very easy to dial in. I don't have experience with the S&B and bought the TT sight unseen. Couldn't be happier. Very little experience with it so far but there are no regrets...

    Dry fire training aids

I have the MantisX and bought it for pistol. It saved me a lot of ammo and well worth the price. You can really hone in on what you are doing wrong. It works well with a rifle too. They put out an update a while back that made it work with a rifle. I haven't used it much with the rifle yet...

Gunsmithing AR Gunsmith in Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Anyone know of a good AR Gunsmith in the DFW area? I have an AR10 that I can not get a consistent group out of. I don't know if it's the scope, the rifle or me. I have worked on making sure it isn't me. I can get two shots together then 2-3 rounds will go all over the place and then I'll...

Rifle Scopes 2017 sig tango6 line

I am very interested in this scope. I liked the one I saw in the store but have no real world experience with it. Does anyone have any experience with the Tango6 5-30 against the Vortex HD Gen II 4.5-27? The Gen II seems like it is built like a tank and has a great warranty. What about the...

I have the 3-15x version and have used it out to 1000 yards. The 5-25x would certainly be more than capable.

I do not miss living there. The NRA headquarters was a fun place to work. My old company used to rent office space there.

    Best precision stock

Take a look at the Luth-AR MBA-3. I have a similar setup and use one. You do have to make sure it is extended far enough to use the charging handle.
