    It's a brand new receiver. Less than 100 rounds through it. It's currently wearing a 25 Creedmoor barrel. I reached out to Mike, and he has some replacement parts on the way.

    How many reload presses do you use?

    Dillon 550b for .223, and 9mm reloading. MEC marksman for precision loads. I have contemplated using the Dillon for case prep, but haven't gotten that far yet.

    I'm not shooting 109s in my current barrel, but 107 matchkings have been awesome. My current load: Norma brass Cci br2 primers 39.3 grains of H4350 Using Eric Cortinas bullet seating method. Jam -.020 Gives me 3040 fps with low SD numbers. I would start with 38 grains and work up from there.

    Longshot: does anyone know how to change poles on a 3phase motor?

    A 4 pole motor will run at a lower rpm with more torque. A 2 pole motor will run at higher rpm with less torque. If it's already set up in a 4 pole configuration that's the slowest speed you are going to achieve.

    Gas block installation on WOA barrel

    I bought the slr rifle works jig. It probably wasn't necessary, but it was nice to make sure everything lined up properly. A good set of drill bits will help a lot. I function tested everything a few different times, then used rockset on the screws.

    It should be fully formed to the chamber dimensions by now. What are you using to neck size? Is there a chance you are inadvertently bumping the shoulders? Has this brass been annealed? ETA I just went back and saw you didn't anneal yet. I would give that a try.

    As mentioned above. Knock the primers out first. Remington 700s like to leave a huge crater on the primer that will mess with your measurements. Unscrew your sizing die, and just resize the necks of your cases, because sometimes it takes more than one firing to completely fire form your brass.

    Whidden dies

    The 6xc came a little rough on the inside finish, I used some fine grit sandpaper and wd40 to clean it up. The rifles seemed to like the ammo they made. I don't use expander balls anymore, but also don't measure runout on loaded rounds.

    What is the approximate coal with these bullets in the blackjack spec chamber? Will the bearing surface of the bullet be seated past the neck/shoulder junction?
