    SBR weight

My m4 in Afghanistan weighed in probably at 10-11 pounds, that with light (granted a old surefire, so way outdated and heavier than need be), IR laser, foregrip, 30round of m855A1, ACOG. With a proper sling you dont really notice the weight. Working on the static range you notice is kinda porky...

    Sub MOA SKS?

Im also talking peep sights. those things you can rotate them like a scope so they are plumb with gravity. that adjustments are super fine, they are made for their purpose, not to bang around on a 3 guns course.

    Sub MOA SKS?

    Ideas for precision AR-15 build?

Something else has to be at play here, to many accurate rifles have been built on forged receivers and never had issues. I doubt the upper receiver was flexing, much less the handguard was making the upper flex. Scott

    DPMS GEN II .308 Dimensions

So Before this mis-information gets anywhere. There is no suck thing as a MIL-SPEC AR-10 upper. Unless its a carbon copy of a knights rifle. Its not milspec.

    Need a new .223 barrel

So if your looking for light weight and accurate, proof is the way to go. A pencil barrel is not gonna hold accuracy for shit once it gets hot, its gonna walk like a MF. Dont get mad cause someone gave you the answer to your question, But not that answer you wanted. You want light weight and...

    Bootleg in Larue UU 6.5G

An adjustable carrier seems like a waste of money to me. Does it work sure. However, your cutting the gas down at the carrier, not the block, so all that extra gas has to go somewhere, and that somewhere is inside the gun. But just my thoughts on the matter. Scott
