Suppressors Having POI issues with deadair

The fact that it shifts sometimes, but not all the time leads me to believe it could be inconsistency with the ammo used or shooter error. I'm not saying it's not the can - it's just rare. I get it, it's super frustrating - no doubt. Especially when there seems to be no rhyme or reason...

What type of ammo are you shooting?

Suppressors Having POI issues with deadair

Key-Mo? Or do you mean a Keymount muzzle brake? And if so, you mounted a muzzle brake with anti-seize and not Rocksett or loctite? Not sure that’s the best move. I have a Sandman-L, used with a Keymount muzzle brake. There is ZERO shift between shooting sessions, and the shift between can on...

    Suppressors SureFire FA762K

Thanks WaterWalker. I've wanted to get a SF can for some time now. Problem with suppressors is they're like potato chips... if you know what I mean.

    Suppressors SureFire FA762K

That's precisely why I'm considering. You get what you pay for... but at that price, is it worth it? Or better off paying up for a SOCOM? I know the newer SOCOM mounts are better for a few reasons - but are the legacy mounts "poor?"

    Suppressors SureFire FA762K

Looking for some opinions on this can. I know it's a legacy model, but any downside to this one over a SOCOM762-RC2? Will be using it for general purpose (AR10, AR15, maybe a bolt gun). Not so much concerned with weight. Definitely concerned with sound reduction and POI shift (mainly, is it...

Suppressors MK12 AEM5 can tested today

Purchased one a couple of months ago for a MK12 clone I built. At this rate, stamp won't be received until approx. May '20. * sigh * But, can't wait to get it. Glad to hear that you're pleased, looking forward to mine.

    Suppressors Dead Air Concern

My Sandman L is my favorite can. And I believe their brakes alone rival dedicated brakes like the JetBlast and HellFire.

Member Link Up Moving to Denver area. Looking for ranges and matches

I'll get this thread re-booted as I just moved to Colorado (from Maryland) this week. Currently living in Golden and will be working in Denver. I am mainly a PRS shooter, but also enjoy pistols and ARs. So, it seems that the best bet is the CRC for long range and positional practice (looks...

WTS: Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 FFP (w/ extras!)

MOA w/ EBR-2C reticle. Used but in awesome shape minus one very small mark through the finish in front of the first ring (see last photo below). Scope is in perfect working order: glass is flawless, zoom ring is nice and tight, both windage and elevation turrets have a nice tactile feel, and...
