Re: 338LM reloading dies If you go with the bushing, based on advice here and elsewhere, I got the titanium nitride 0.365 bushing, works great.

5000 meters+ Supersonic (*Updated with pics*)

Re: 5000 meters+ Supersonic Why not a miniaturized version of the GPS guidance package available for 120mm mortars on a RAP version of a 60mm mortar bomb? Overall package weight and range would be comparable, and it would have better terminal lethality in both anti-personnel and...

I know you're not supposed to vacuum...but why?

Re: new member, new savage 110BA/338LM many questions Well, first trip to the range went great. Did a 100yd zero from a rough boresight, and shot a few 3-shot groups at that range, best was ~0.6 MOA (but doesn't count, it doesn't fit the rules for posting). After that went over to the...

Re: new member, new savage 110BA/338LM many questions Just started into reloading, putting together all my equipment, before this I just shot factory match ammo (shorter ranges, 200-400m with various rifles), but with this rifle, reloading is a MUST! (for for $ and accuracy) (and I can't...

new member, new savage 110BA/338LM many questions

Deleted after reading "what not to ask thread", and while I did search, and lurked, and read numerous threads, before posting, the bulk of my questions fall into the broad "things not to ask" categories. Apologies.
