    What ammo is best for my 6.5

    I bought 2 boxes for my sons .243. I was not impressed with the performance one bit. I couldnt get it under 2 MOA. This was 7 years ago now so it might have been a bad lot or they may have improved the quality. I haven't tried HSM after that.

    euro optic is another good place to buy from. Got to pop my cherry today with my SRS A1. I must say it is a completely different feel. It will take a little to get used to but I like the platform so far.

    How does the 300 NM perform out of an 18 inch barrel.

    I would think that out of a smaller barrel that might be an issue but out of a 22 inch barrel you should be able to shoot the lighter loads pretty well. I would go and try to shoot the big 570 grain. You need a 1:10 for that.
