    556 and 223 loads

If using pistol primers, I would load just a small amount to start, (20-30 rounds) and try out. Watch for slam fires in the AR. Would hate to see a guy load up 1000 rounds then have issues and have to pull it all, due to some un expected issues..

Ar15. What caliber would you choose?

I have grown into my 300 BO, its pretty much my go to now, shooting 125 speer TNT with H110, 16 inch with no can. Cost a bit more to reload for with the .308 bullets, but their is a huge assortment of them that seem at times in the last 8 months to be more available. 223 brass is everywhere...

False shoulder on Wilson FL bushing dies for 300BLK and headspace issue

For question #2 I would use the Forster die if it gives you the neck tension you want, I know the bushing dies will not always size the entire neck down, but yours seems to be pretty bad, would not be acceptable to me. Also looks like the (ring) is uneven from the end of the case, In the pic...

Can I form 300BLK with my RCBS SB die?

Should be able to pull the de capping stem out then run a 223 brass in and it should form, use a case gauge to check shoulder set back, then cut/trim brass, chamfer and debur, then reinstall de capping stem, and run brass again. Swage if needed. This is how i did it in the pre dillion setup...
