Suppressors SilencerCo fixed it ... FOR FREE (and it was MY fault)

Nice! Hope to never have your experience, but nice to know that they are still helping customers in such a great way. PS: Omega still sounds great after all these years!

Firearms WTB Hunting Rifle for young adults

Sako, Tikka, Ruger 77- preferred actions 6.5cm, 7mm-08, maybe 308- preferred calibers I'm looking for some Christmas presents for my kids. I would love to be able to find a Sako in a friendly caliber such as 6.5, 7mm-08, something similar to that. I'm not interested in anything that's too rare...

Suppressors Great time to buy, or terrible time to buy?

It says first responder and public service, so I don't know how ex you are but it could work out.

Suppressors Great time to buy, or terrible time to buy?

Recce 5 is a good choice. There are fancier cans out there, but the Recce 5 is very tough and has great sound. I think that Capital Armory has them in stock. If you're LEO or MIL then get in the program GA has for that and order from them. Discount is pretty solid.

A big FUCK YOU to Libertarians

It's obvious from this thread that the ability to reason and apply logic, isn't just a leftist problem, it's just more acute on that side. All I've heard for a reason to vote third party is emotional blather. You have the right. No one is arguing that. Was Trump perfect, no. Was he...

    Suppressors Multi Caliber Suppressor Recc

You'll like the BW 46. I think it's a great choice. I've run mine on a 6.5x47, 9mm and 45acp so far and it sounds great. I've also taken it apart and its easy and painless to clean and put back together. Mine is a Gen 1, so your's will be even better.

A big FUCK YOU to Libertarians

So what's your meaningful alternative? I feel like my values most closely align with the Constitutional party, which is at least in the same zip code as Libertarian and I've had long and lubricated conversations with Gary Johnson and would consider him a great guy and friend, but voting on...

New Build- Bighorn TL3 or Nucleus

I've got a TL3 as well as all of ARCs actions. Even some in left hand. If you really want the Mausingfield, then put up a WTB ad in the Post Exchange section and see if you can get some bites. I've seen them sell barely used for less than you're looking to spend. If somehow you ever had a...

Reloading Equipment Area 419 AutoTrickler Powder Cup

I'm not trying to devine anything here, but the Kydex back fence would appear to be the indexing device noted in the picture that stops the cup at the same place every time.

    Suppressors Melted tarp on suppressor

I'm going the other way here. Freeze it in a deep freezer to a little below zero and then tap it off with a poly scraper. Might not work at all, but what do you have to lose?

    Question for you Mausingfield owners

I use a MF in 6br as my main coyote rifle. Works like a champ with about every magazine I've tried. I've been using the br mags from MDT lately though. I love the MF and surely there are some features of the Arch or Nuke that would make you think they could be better for a match rifle, but no...

Suppressors Does suppressor count as Barrel Length?

Auto correct for the win! Point is still valid though. Lots of groups averaged shows an increase consistently with a can. The same physics that makes a sail boat move through the water, will make a bullet continue to accelerate inside a suppressor. Obviously with a lot less efficient...

    Range noise suppression

I agree with your post in it's entirety. I don't think we should apologize to leftists or even try to reason with "Them". I just think we should try to be civil and friendly with our neighbors. Or at least give it a try before going full conflict mode with them. I know it's hard to believe for...

    What do I do now?

I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with Impact actions. I hope not anyway, I own one. But it would be interesting to see what if anything could be found to be at issue with it. I typically don't consider that the action contributes that much to the accuracy equation. Normally just think...

    Range noise suppression

There has been some good advice here, if you comb through a lot of the other stuff. I can't understand why we aren't converting more people to the 2A way with some of the attitudes we've seen here! The reality is that in a lot of less rural, and even increasingly in non-rural schools, people are...

Calling Gardnervile-Carson City Nevada Fellow Shooters - Hands on Actions

I've got every action you mention in your post except the Kelbly, which I have cycled and shot it 223 and it is pretty nice, especially for the money. Unfortunately, I live near Alubuqueruque so that's a little drive to cycle some actions. That being said, I think that if you take a spin in one...

New Rifle for son - Opinions on caliber

If your son is like most (alright maybe not most, but most good)15yo, I would ask him what he wants. Make it a joint decision (that obviously you have final approval on as the capital provider) that way you guys can talk and deliberate about. In the end he will appreciate it and you will have...

    Suppressors Precision Suppressor

I agree the Paladin sounds great. I think it sounds like my Recce 7 but it's a little lighter and can be taken apart for cleaning and you can put any size end cap on it you want.

    Suppressors Precision Suppressor

There's nothing wrong with Rugged cans at all. In fact, their rimfire can is my favorite.
