    3x magnifiers

    Super expensive though.

    Rifle Scopes Triggercam issues

You said it’s an older unit, how old is it?

    What happened to US optics?

For a while IIRC all their “higher end” long range scopes were fixed magnification. That’s fucking retarded and probably killed what little interest remained for them in the market.

With Anzio essentially defunct, is anyone else making 20mm or larger modern rifles available in the U.S.?

I’m not sure you understood me. I was asking if you crimp the bullets into the case mouth after loading to replicate the factory crimp on 20 Vulcan ammo. I have read of at least one person doing so with a pipe cutter using a rounded wheel. Re the bushed cases from CDVS, can’t say $20/case is...

Were you using the black powder initiator that people often recommend?

I have him building me one. I’ve never seen primers, lmk if you find any for sale that you aren’t buying yourself. I took delivery of a good number of M55A3 projos last week and gonna acquire brass soon. Do you crimp your bullets or just glue them in to save case mouth life? The factory ammo...

    Night Vision Nocpix clip on

Be careful about believing that 1280 is automatically better than 640 in thermals, including clip-ons. At a given objective lens diameter, the increased size of the sensor only results in increased FOV, not increased resolution on the target. The Guide Sensmart 1280 clip-on has a 50mm objective...

    3x magnifiers

I’ve tried like six different magnifiers, the Trijicon 3x mini is the best IMO. The glass is fairly good and it has by far the best eyebox and smallest “bezel” effect I’ve seen including the pricy Aimpoint and Eotech magnifiers. I still hated every magnifier I tried until I got the Unity FAST...

Rifle Scopes LPVO or Red dot/magnifier for SBR

Because you can easily pop the magnifier off when you don’t need/want the extra weight, or switch it from gun to gun in 5 seconds.

Night Vision Looking to purchase first thermal clip on

The rear lens assembly of a well-designed clip-on will have some maximum amount of angular deviation for which it will have the consistent POI shift that you describe. That is the angular tolerance for that clip on. When you add a wonky handguard it may exceed that tolerance if it’s bad enough...

Night Vision Looking to purchase first thermal clip on

Factory-collimated clip-ons are great but they can still have some POI shift, and if you add an unstable mount, that is no different from “tolerance stacking” in any other setting.

    Thank You SIG.

Sig is eating a massive shit sandwich right now over the P320, which they completely deserve, but I do have to admit that their rangefinders punch way above their price point.

What is your favorite folding knife?

My understanding is that Magnacut will remain available. It might not be called Magnacut, but Niagara Specialty Metals already has sizeable orders for identical composition blade steel placed with multiple other respected powder metallurgy companies.

Precision Rifle Gear The Barrel Burner App- help track your firearm and reloading components via phone

Only because I’m forced to to sell stuff here. I’m not forced to use your app for anything. But you sure convinced me not to try it. 👍🏻

Precision Rifle Gear The Barrel Burner App- help track your firearm and reloading components via phone

Zero interest in SAAS apps. Give me a one-time purchase for the full app, otherwise nope. Not interested in giving someone hundreds of dollars over the course of five years for an app that may or may not be maintained etc.

Precision Rifle Gear Sig KILO Warp WMLRF

It’s taken them like 3 years to deliver the 900nm version, is there any evidence they are shipping the 1500? I haven’t seen anyone with one online.

Precision Rifle Gear Sig KILO Warp WMLRF

It’s hard to get excited when they all have the same features and cost the same. I’m only concerned interested in 1550nm systems, they all cost the same $10k and have the same AB software. I was hoping Sig might sell these for $7k and steal business from Wilcox, Envision, etc but it looks like...

Precision Rifle Gear Sig KILO Warp WMLRF

Sorry, it’s clearly impossible for you to be a good shooter. @Maurygold has made it very clear that you should only read wind and using any other tools or data means you’re a moron. Have you ever seen anyone using the Windy app at your local Whole Foods? No? I rest my case. 😆

lmfao this is an image from the world benchrest championship a few years ago: Sure you don’t need a kestrel when you get to put a weathervane every 15 feet between you and the target. 😂😂
