    Rifle Competition Events Precision Rifle World Championships (2022)

    This looks like or would be a great event that will hopefully do great things for the sport. Only idea would be to limit divisions to open and restricted and leave it at men’s and women’s as segregation basis. Just run a successful event Ave leave grading to be fine in slow time to get it right.

    Pending the application of the OP, I agree with the suggestion of a .280AI. I have owned and loved the .280AI and look forward to getting my next one. I don’t think the recoil differential would be much between 30-06 and .280AI with the same weight projectiles.

    Just a question for the .223AI owners out there, is it worth the hassle of fireforming for the increased capacity and powder burn? Does it reach higher velocities and accuracy easier than a .223? I have a T3x varmint 223 and it’s amazing, was wondering about chambering the next barrel to .223AI.

    I have 2 Optika6 scopes in 5-30 FFP. Love them and have used them out to 900m so far. I’ll getting a chance to use them out 1200yds in the coming weeks, I’m curious to know if anyone else has had a chance to use them at the extended ranges and how did they perform?

    If you have the time and money laying around to get new reamers and barrels cut and dies made to to accomplish an extra 150fps (or whatever the improvement is) over a well established alternative then all the more power to you.     Rifle Scopes Delta Javelin 4.5-30x56 FFP SMR reticle

    Very tempted by the javelin, keen to know if there is comparison chart that shows differences between the models. The price difference in Australia is about $800 so there is massive saving from the Stryker, would be keen to know what you’re giving up between the two.

    With regards to the M27, that sounds about right because a friend Of mine has recently acquired an M27, after bore slugging it was proven conclusively to be .308 Additionally, I have tested my M39 with .308 projectiles and shoots quite well with Hornady 178gn ELD-Ms

    MY 5-30 FFP Optika 6 has had not issues with returning to zero being used ranges from 100-900m with my .260Rem. My only complaint is seating the windage dial cap to align precisely with markings on the scope.

    While everyone is talking M39s, has anyone ever tried shooting .308 projectiles out of them? I have heard some will shoot .308 pils with a degree of success. Has anyone every tried this? cheers
