So I see Leica has units with full AB on board in the wild. I can't find much info on them, so I've got a couple of questions. 1. Bartlein 3B for Hunter Matches?
It should be fine dealing with the strings of fire found at hunter matches. Without knowing your intended barrel length, my only concern would be OD at the muzzle. The 3B gets pretty small at 24-26" if you plan on threading it 5/8-24. Personally, I'd look at either the Sendero or Medium Palma...- Hoyt7mm

Can you? Yes. Personally, I don't think the cost to do it would be worth it vs just finding a barrel nut prefit or similar chambered in 6.5-284 from the start (Criterion, Bugholes, PVA, etc). Precision Rifle Gear Area 419 ARCALOCK Clamp Coming Loose
I love A419 stuff, but I have not had good luck with their thumb knob arca clamp...neither on their Arcalock rail or a standard arca. Their level clamp is solid, but price jumps quite a bit. If you're stuck on a wanting a thumb screw style clamp, just go with RRS. Nothing will lock up...- Hoyt7mm

6mm BR Norma reamer
Neck clearance would be fine with Lapua brass. Personally, I would go with a 274 neck so you have ability to use different mfg brass (Peterson/Alpha) without worrying about clearance.- Hoyt7mm
