    Let me rephrase that if I can. I can form an "initial" opinion in five minutes. Given a couple of months of use and time.on the range that opinion can change. If I led anyone to believe my opinions were set in stone and would not change over time I apologize.

    Rifle Scopes question about ffp scopes

    I like putting empty beer cans a Gatorade bottles at l little over 400yds away. Would I be able to accurately range them with a Msr reticle at that distance? It is my understanding they were made for ranging man size targets. But will they range the smaller things as well.

    WOW. I guy looks at a yet to be released SCOPE at a trade show. Comes onto a forum that exists to discuss such things. Says he liked the SCOPE and immediately gets trashed and told to go start his own forum by forum members not to mention the forum owner? Is there something I'm missing?

    .....yeah they're awesome scopes. Go to the for sale section and you will find more of them than any other SCOPE? It's almost as if everyone that owns one is trying to get rid of them. Go to the precision shooters blog on what the pros use, you'll find two that use them. WOW.

    .....tanget theta' s price range will be in the top 2 for sure. Way to much for an unproven optic. When you have companies like Steiner that are coming out with better optics for less money than previous models. It's hard to consider a tangent theta when they're vying for the top spot in cost.

    Yes, me to wonder if they will continue to "try" and keep selling their military line of scopes. If these new ones have the Same features, the same glass @ half the price then why would someone spend 3400 vs 1600?

    I agree. Every time someone mentions discount there is several people that say not to? Why. This is a public forum. If a company offers a discount why not let everyone know about, you are either qualified to get it or you ain't.
