    Generally i think a 308 will be very tolerant of a jump. With some bullets you might not reach the lands if you want the bullet to be in the case.     It depends on how long you load your cartridges. Factory cartridges work in all as far as I know. So just measure the COL of what you want to use. If under 2.87" all of your mags will do. Above then the one without binder plate. edi

    We get Bergara barrel blanks, which a riflesmith can fit to whatever rifle. The Barrels we get are made at Bergara in Spain so not too far from us, normally easier for us to get than other brands. These barrels don't have the best reputation but I wanted to chance one. edi

    Never had so far, it is never really hot in Ireland and to reduce heat haze I just pour water over the suppressor. The textile tape soaks up water and it cools very quick. I don't shoot PRS, a bit of longer range plinking and hunting meaning I don't have long shot strings. edi
