Have a NF 7-35 with T3.
Not 100% sure on the reticle choice yet.
Have to test it more, and figure out how to work with the wind dots. Going to use it on my competition gun this year so...
Zeroed my 7-35 in -29°C(-20F or so i think), zero issues, other than it was freaking cold doing it prone in the snow...
Did spin the turrets up and down, as well as the parallax and zoom ring in the cold to just to check the function in the cold as i was going to hunt black grouse with it.
Sold the k525i to finance the 7-35's, so never had the chance to compare. But both are excellent.
Only thing i can think of is that the k525i had a brighter picture, works bloody well in low light conditions.
The k525i had some minor CA at the edges, used the scope on a PRS style of match but...
Wouldn't call it a new system, probably older than the scope rings.
But probably new to most of you barbarians on the other side of the pond tho. :)
It's a nisch market for these, if you got a beautiful drilling or double rifle then the rail system is the way to go.
That why some manufacturers...
Only negative thing i can say about the rail is that the mounts are rather expensive.
Otherwise it's extremely durable and has been around for 50+ years, mostly found on drillings and double rifles(usually a pivot or claw mount).
if it was crap, people wouldn't put a scope with it on a gun that...
Is it possible for me as a European to get my hands on these in some way?
Not sure what the export restrictions count for when it comes to bipods and stuff.
Probably good idea to send it in to NF then, i used the wrench that came with the scopes and tightened it quite hard.
and had zero effect on the ocular movement.
Sounds a bit fishy with German glass and made in Japan.
The Japanese got excellent glass(just check Nightforce, March and a ton of others ), and is probably a bit cheaper too, due to the shipping, export/import, taxes and stuff.

Got told they don't do changes on ffp scopes at the moment and didn't know when they could offer that service again.
When i asked for the cost of changing the reticle in my Beast. I'm in Europe tho, so might be different for those of you on the other side of the pond.
The TT looks very impressive until one sees the price tag and reticle choice(mostly reticle)...
Came close to buying one, but went with a NF 7-35x56 Tremor3 instead. Better reticle and the 1000$+ i saved on it didn't hurt either. If they had the gen3 ready i would probably have bought one.
If...
Ain't easy to find a scope that's perfect, probably impossible.
Had most of the top end scopes and it's always something that bothers me...
How hard is it to make the perfect scope for everyone?. :)
