    Gunsmithing Timney trigger and Surgeon bottom metal a no go.

    Every Timney/Badger BM I have ever had needed slight filing of the BM inlet for the trigger, you just need to take a little off. I wouldn't touch the trigger.

    I highly suggest sending your entire pistol to the Springfield Custom Shop for their Carry Package (night sights and a trigger job $300), they also provide the shipping label. I sent my XD45 tactical in and now I have a sweet trigger and Heinies on mine all in less than two week turnaround. XD...

    Thanks to all, had a great time and learned I need a few more hours of sleep before I run the next match to be coherent. Congrats to Randall 1st, Regina 2nd, and Dane 3rd. Tough competition with a 2 point different between 1st and 3rd.

    Match date Saturday 5/18 at Phoenix Rod and Gun club, start time will be 0700. This month we will throw in a few pistol stages so bring 30 rounds and a holster for carry, .22 is okay. If you need to borrow a pistol let me know. 50 rifle rounds for the match, distances 7-700 yards. Thanks.

    Get a 5 groove for the 6mm 7.75 twist, the manf. you're looking at doesn't make a 3.

    Rifle Scopes New Bushnell XRS 4.5-30x50 34mm

    I have 2 20x models and have looked through the 30x. Get the 30x model, you don't have to use it at max range all the time. That's what FFP is all about.
