    Its the factory Tikka bolt. I did replace the bolt handle but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. I have previously fired over 2k rounds this this bolt and never had an issue on LRP brass. I have no idea how to measure firing pin fall or pin protrusion. sorry

    None. I worked all the way up to 43.8 grains with zero pressure. The load I settled on was at 43.3 grains. I also dropped down to 42.9 and had the same issue with the very first shot I fired. My powder charges are measured to the kernel on the A&D FX120i.

    Yes Sr, I bought 2000 CCI 450s before I even got the brass in the mail. The only primer that may be tougher is a Tula but they are impossible to find here.

    Thanks. I have used them in the past on a Remington 700 project. They don't turn down Tikka's. I may be better off selling the brass and going anther direction at this point.

    All Seasons Feeders are the way to go. We have been using them for 20 plus years in south Texas. I have yet to find a popup blind that doesn't suck.

    I ran both in my previous barrel. They both shot sub MOA. The Hornady was just a touch better. They where both very slow compared to my handloads though.

    I bit the bullet and bought the A&D FX-120i with auto throw and auto trickle. Best piece of reloading equipment I own. Save you money until you can afford it.

    I normally star at 15 thousands off the lands. Yes flat spot first. Then I work on seating depth.

    I normally start with powder charge and try to get to a flat spot at roughly the speed that I am looking for. After that I adjust seating depth to tighten my groups up.

    1/2 MOA is good enough for me. I have been very happy with my Criterion (Tikka Prefit). Most people cant shoot better than half MOA on a normal basis anyway.

    This is a 10 shot group from 100 yards yesterday. I was trying out my new Sig can for the first time. I can do better if I take my time but it is what it is.
