    Big 6.5 for long range

    The .300 Norma Brass is some of the very finest I've seen. It is excellent to use as a parent cartridge and short enough to use in a standard length long action. A 6.5mm-300 Norma Magnum has win-win written all over it.

    Seeing how much more often I hit a target shooting a 260 Rem verses a 308 Winchester, I have found it wise to turn this question around. "What is the Terminal Ballistics of a missed shot?" Thats why I do take a 140 over a 168, 175, etc. EVERYDAY of the week!

    Best hunting barrel contour, low weight vs accuracy

    I've done the required internet reading on the .220 Thunderbolt (6.8 Rem SPC necked down to .223) but was wondering if anyone here has experience with the cartridge? I've found that 6.8 Rem SPC fits into my AICS .223 mags so I could get 2.50" C.O.A.L. which makes for a pretty fast cartridge...
