Midway sales Center X by the 50 count box. They had free shipping on orders over fifty bucks last week. If you were in CO I would give you my box to test for us.
Try Eley Contact for a 10/22. And if you look at those 6x5 groups above realize that is a 2.5 inch group your looking at. Practice and your 10/22 will do that too.
I’ve only worked with cameraland once but it felt like I had the convenience of amazon but the service of a real mom and pop shop. And was far less worried about getting a knock off.
I had been using BreakFree CLP. Hadn’t had any problems until last week. Temp was in the teens and humid. Cleaned it up with One Shot and it’s back to good. It was way dirtier than I expected. Maybe just excessively dirty.
Thanks for the help guys.
Thanks guys. I have some that I haven’t used. Accidentally bought it thinking it was one shot case lube. Another questions, Is Hornady one shot good for long term storage with ARs?
With rimfire ammo, when switching between brands I like to put 10 fouling shots down the barrel before I shot a group for record. You’ll notice the nicer ammo has oil or lube on the lead bullet.
I haven’t noticed a difference in performance between lots of Eley contact but maybe I’m not good...
What oil should I use for the bolt in freezing weather on the 10/22. I am getting a few failure to cycles right now and I’m pretty sure this oil is to gummy in this cold weather. Thanks.
Does anyone have experience with both chassis. Looking at a do all rifle hunting/target in 6.5 PRC. Hunting is only a few days a year target practice is once a week. Which one would you go with for a semi custom Rem 700 build and why? Thanks.
I’ve thought about making a nice pullover with elbow pads and a rear pocket but after watching what’s happening to the guys with the new Arken scopes I don’t think I want to deal with the shooting community.
