    Nah, I’m not that talented. I had my son rough it out on a CNC router. After that, it only took 45 hours of grinding, milling and sanding to get to the finished product.

    Here is my second effort. The stock is made from Brazilian Leopardwood. I’m giving this one to my dad for Father’s Day. I am much happier with this one than the first effort, but that’s to be expected as we learn. Looking forward to what the next one brings.

    Thank you sir and thanks everyone for all of the responses. I really wasn’t expecting the first one to work out as well as it did and I’m really looking forward to what the next one brings. It’s a whole lot easier just buying one though…when you can find ‘‘em that is.
