Vector X will upgrade the app to Elite for no extra charge so yes. You are missing out on a lot of features.

Maztech not at the moment, Mars units already pair up on AB Quantum. The app will follow the license level of a device. If its Ultralite, the app will stay Ultralite. If its Elite the app will bump up while its active. Also to add to that, this is how we keep the library updating constantly...

Did you try a factory reset on the device? Did you very the profiles uploaded correctly to the device? You need to send them over. After a factory reset try sending 4 new profiles this should wipe the memory.
