    Re: Grilling with Infrared?? better or not? 1200 F I close the hood on mine and turn on everything when it needs cleaned. Leave on the burners for about 30 min, turn everything off and let it cool. EVERYTHING gets turned to a fine grey ash, and clean up is really easy. YMMV tho.
