Re: Gonna start reloading, what press? Harrell's Combo Press for NO Sizing and bullet seating cases up to 30-06. Forester Co-Ax Press for FL-sizing (and NO by default) and bullet seating larger cases (ie. 300WM, 375H&H, etc.)- AMOK!

100 burpees for time
Re: 100 burpees for time IMHO, Burpees are the 'go-to' body-weight exercise for combative conditioning. Use these a lot to ramp up the heart and induce "pre-fight stress" when training sticks (DBMA) and knive (AMOK!). Awesome push RayDog!- AMOK!
