    Re: Which sight for m4 afghanistan Next week I leave for my 9th "vacation" in the sandbox. I use the Aimpoint with 3x magnifier on a LaRue flip mount. With that said I can shoot the irons just as well however the magnifier does help with target ID.

    Re: Military backpack? I have the Motherlode and love it. It has been with me on 6 deployments and about to make it 7. I have used the molle to add some extra pouches on mine. You really cant go wrong with the camelbak.

    Re: How do you "trim" a buffer spring? It could be a variety of things but one thing it is NOT is your buffer spring. A decent gunsmith should be able to find your problem and it will save you in the long run, cutting your spring could cause other problems.

    Re: Sako, Barrett, or AR30 Something to consider... 300WM will get you there and won't cost you $3-5 a shot like 338 and 50cal will. BTW reloading is a must, not sure if you roll your own 308's but it is almost a necessity with the bigger calibers.
