    Re: Why can't I resize Federal brass correctly? A shell holder can be shortened with emery paper on a flat surface. Use a figure-eight motion for a uniform cut. Might want to use a second shell holder; Lees are <span style="text-decoration: line-through">cheap</span> inexpensive.
