1. Make sure you are using Winchester headstamp brass, its the roomiest and that extra space lowers pressure (PS I have some if you need) 2. use at least a 6 inch powder dropper, this will naturally compress the powder getting an extra 2-3 grains in the case giving you more case capacity/space...
If you are going precision bolt action go heavy thats where every things headed, Barnes/Black Hills is about to come out with a 110gr 5.56 to compete with 300 blackout go 1:7 twist and I would stick with 75 and up. the heavier bullets will be affected much less by wind at a distance, much easier...
