    Re: Is this a joke? I have used that can before, my old boss had one on a range/rental gun. Its nothing short of an abomination and should be melted down, poured into ingots, and dumped in the deepest hole you can find.

    Re: 762 SD on a SBR I pulled the spring out of my 7.62SD and threaded the hole that the spring went in to and put a set screw in it. It is no longer a QD but it stays put until I decide to remove it. Effin 18 tooth POS.

    Re: Any Steyr Aug Owners? I just ordered one for a customer. It was the first one I have ever touched and I have to say it was well made. It looked to be very high quality. If you want a shooter rather than a collector I would get a new one with the NATO stock to use pmags.

    Gas block???

    Can anyone recommend me an adjustable .875 gas block? I have JP's and PRI's on other rifles but neither of them make a .875. It looks like PRI quit making one a while ago, it comes up in a Google search but its a dead link. Its going on a 6.5x47 MA-10 if it matters, I'm sure someone will ask.

    Re: Inconsistent.... Help! My pa just put a DPMS barrel on his rifle and it will shoot about 1.25" at 100 with 55gr ballistic tips and that's about as good as he can shoot so it works for him. I would do as Mr. ORD suggests and feed it some decent ammo. Surplus green tip stuff is junk.

    Re: Better 6.5x47 Lapua bullet ? I could not see enough of a difference in the two to make the Lapua's worth the extra price. I shot them both to 1000yards and ended up scraping them both for the 130gr Berger VLD's. Out of the two you mentioned I would shoot the Amax's and shoot lots of them.
