    Re: probably another dumb question i think you really need to get out and shoot another gun and make sure you know what you think you want. then after that go to a known reputable smith and have them help fit the new stock or modify your stock to fit you better. as for groups shrinking...

    how do you figure out the required twist rate to stabilize a given projectile when shooting subsonic? thinking of a fun project with 60-80 gr .224 bullets out of a hornet case or something like that like the aguilla sss 60 grain sub load but center fire and re-loadable thanks for suggestions

    Re: Buffalo classic the sight sits right over the hammer and gives about 2" more sight radius. windage and elevation are both the same type of knob and have good solid clicks. just imagine the elevation knob turned sideways.

    Re: Buffalo classic i have one and i put the williams foolproof 5d sight on the back with a target aperture. helped my shooting greatly, also nice to make adjustments with the target click knobs on the side. well worth the money.
