    Frank, you mentioned lowering the trigger pull weight but I thought the Yo-Dave spring will not work in the 2-stage trigger found on the TacA1. I would love to lower the pull weight on my 398 TacA1. How do you plan on doing it? Other option is the Timney Trigger I suppose.

    I may get hate for this, but my Tac A1 has a Steiner Military 4-16 sitting in a LaRue 120. My OBR has a Steiner Military 5-25 in a LaRue 120 as well. Never a problem with either. My SPRish rifle has a NF2.5-10x32 in a LaRue 104. I have no complaints about any of those mounts.

    I miss the way the old USO's look. They looked like if you ran out of ammo you could beat someone to death with it and you would never loose zero. Honestly loved that looks. The form factor of the B series scopes just doesn't work for me estheticslly.
