    That's pretty good lol. Mayberry or Manhattan, wood in contact with soil will lead to rot. It's just a bad idea. I've never designed a McMansion but I can start a chain saw and hook up a tow strap. Don't own a BMW but I have pulled people out of the mud in my SUV. I do like a good Latte.
