    Re: Savage 10 PC in 308 incoming... Need scope, etc. Here is mine with a 2.5-10 NF. Power range is fine, would reccomend going with a 32mm-40mm objective. The 24mm is too small at dusk/dawn shooting on the higher mag-powers.

    I landed a box of these a few months back and finally loaded them up. They shoot great at distance, but I have yet to find anymore. Should I be persuing an altertive to these, or will they free up soon. I will settle a bit on performance if it is something I can buy often. Thanks

    Re: NightForce NV Compatible??? Thanks Bill. I have no experience with NV and NF together, my experience is only with a Eotech and NV, on those it is a must to have one with NV mode. How well will a standard scope work with NV? I would just assume, by one with, may need it someday.

    You work nights?

    Re: You work nights? I always slept in the AM while things were quiet and everyone else was working. Woke up about 5pm, stayed up for dinner and then took a little cat-nap before work. I loved it, I would go back to 3rd in a heartbeat!

    Range Report .308 shooters

    Re: .308 shooters Both will get you to 600 just fine. 175's will give you more performance at range. May check some of these guys here on the hide selling match ammo, they seem to be a little cheaper than the Name brand ammo. FGMM & BH -Brandon.

    I had the oppurtunity to use my gunslinger 2 pack for the first time. Very nice pack and well constructed, but learned that I don't know how to use it. I am sure their is a proper method to loading one of these full of goods. Please offer any experience on this. Thanks Brandon

    Re: What safe are you using? Might look at some horizontal safes. They are much more tolerant to fire and easier to hide. Regardless of what you buy, it is just as important to make it discrete.
