    Agree. I need to take it apart and inspect it. It appears to be still attached to the spring though. I have diaper duty right now with the kids. I will try tonight if I get time.

    Agree as I pointed out. The stresses are far different and requires finite element modeling to truly determine how well these cases handle the stress.

    I didn’t. It pulled out by itself when I was loading rounds. Specifically, when I pushed in the first round, the follower tilted up and out like you see above. I thought maybe it was me, but I think something is wrong with the feed lips or mag body. I can’t do the same with my other CTR mags.

    Happened yesterday at the range. This mag probably only has 100-120 rounds through it. i can easily push the follower in and out.

    Correct. I would just buy AICS brand mags. Magpuls would be nice but KRG says they don’t work with Tikkas.

    Thanks for the update. How does the Short Dot compare to the 34 mm tube ATACR or Trijicon 1-8x? When I looked through it in 2019, I was not impressed and thought it needed a 34 mm tube like it’s 1.5-8x26 cousin.

    Manners Tikka Mini Chassis

    Mine wouldn't feed 10 round AI mags well. 5 round mags worked fine. I wound up selling it. I wasn't happy either they couldn't come out with one that uses Tikka mags. I have my Tikka CTR T3x sitting in my safe with a GRS stock. Still haven't gotten time to play with it on the range yet.
